I am thankful for...

Yesterday I posted pictures of my Turkey Craftivity, and today I want to share some of the student's drawings to go with the prompt, "I am thankful for..."  I made three different writing response papers for this craftivity, and I decided to use the illustration version with my kids.  They drew a picture of what they were thankful for, and my aide and I (yes I am lucky enough to have an aide!!!!!) wrote down their response on their paper.  First, let me show you the bulletin board with our  turkey craft and writing...

The students drew a picture of what they are thankful for...  Some of my favorite responses included: Valentine's Day, my mom, and space ships. :)

"rainbows"

"the whole world, my family, and the American flag"

"the whole world"

My Turkey Craftivity is available at my TpT Store.

And just for giggles, here is a picture of me jumping (my signature move in photos) in my classroom with a turkey hat on my head....just a normal day in Kindergarten...
